1. Data Collection

ErgoManager is an offline-first application. This means that we do not collect, store, process or transmit any of your personal or business data to our servers or to third parties. Your privacy is absolute.

2. Local Storage

All information you enter into the app — such as employee names, project details, wages, payments, and revenue — is stored exclusively and solely in the internal, secure memory of your device (phone or tablet). This data is protected by your device's operating system and is not accessible by other applications.

3. Security

Access to the application is protected by a personal PIN code and/or biometric data (Face ID/Fingerprint) that you define. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of this code. In the event of loss or theft of your device, the data remains encrypted and inaccessible without your code.

4. User Rights and Data Deletion

You have complete and absolute control over your data. You can add, edit and delete any information at any time, directly from the app. Uninstalling the ErgoManager app from your device will permanently delete all data that you have stored in it.

5. Backups

As data is stored exclusively locally, you are responsible for creating backups using the app's “Backup & Restore” feature. The app does not automatically create backups to external cloud services.
