The warranty of each product is provided solely by the supplier and not by EMPORAS E.E.
The warranty applies on the basic condition of “proper use”, according to each manufacturer’s rules.
- The documents required for a warranty claim are: the sales invoice of the tool, fully completed with all required details, and the warranty certificate on the last page of each tool’s user manual.
- Tools that have been repaired, or that someone attempted to repair, by non-certified persons are not covered by the warranty. Electric motors, damage caused by voltage drops, electrical parts, drill chucks, switches, carbon brushes, capacitors etc. are also not covered.
- Using any non-genuine spare part or accessory may cause damage and put the user at risk; such damage is not covered by the warranty.
Please note: shipping costs for warranty claims are paid by the customer.
