As a customer of Emboras EE you have the option to return the products you have chosen, if you change your mind, the choice does not meet your expectations or the product is defective. Emboras EE tries not to send products that do not meet the quality criteria of our team!
To avoid return costs, please consider other alternatives before returning the products, such as using them as a gift for a loved one.
After receiving the product, you have the legal right to return it without any reason within fourteen (14) calendar days, without incurring any costs beyond the return costs. Please contact Emporas to return the product.
The product must be returned to Emboras EE, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day you informed our company of its return, accompanied by the proof of purchase.
After receiving the product, we assess its condition and determine if a refund can be made. For example, refunds cannot be made if the packaging has been opened on products that deteriorate once the packaging is opened.
In order for us to issue a refund for returned products, they must be in their original condition. This means that the original packaging and labels remain on the product.
In case of purchase by debit or credit card, we credit the card with the value of the products and shipping costs once they are received and approved. Shipping costs are not refundable if you have chosen a shipping method other than the standard shipping method offered by Emboras EE. After we receive the product and complete the credit, we will send you an additional confirmation E-mail.
In cases of purchase of products on delivery, the refund will be made by deposit into a bank account.
Therefore, we would like you to inform us via email of your account number (IBAN), the bank where you hold your account and the name of the beneficiary / account holder as stated in your bank passbook. For security reasons, the account holder must be the same person as stated on the purchase receipt.
The amount we will refund to you will not include any return costs, unless the return of the product is due to an error by the EE Merchant.
If you have received defective or damaged products, please contact us and we will arrange their return as well as a full refund for the products.
After we receive the returned product, you will be refunded in the above ways, including shipping costs, and we will arrange the return of the defective product.
Occasionally, there may be a delay in crediting your debit or credit card, which may be due to the bank. Please contact us if you have not received the credit within 14 days.
