Which businesses can register?
All legally registered businesses in Greece: builders, contractors, dealers, factories, tool shops, self-employed professionals with a VAT number. A valid VAT number (ΑΦΜ) and tax office (ΔΟΥ) are required.
How long does approval take?
Our team checks the application details within 24 business hours. If additional information is needed, we will contact you by phone or email.
Does registration cost anything?
No. Registration in the B2B programme is completely free. There is no subscription or minimum order to keep your account active.
How big is the wholesale discount?
The discount depends on the product category and order volume. Specific prices appear after your account is approved. Contact your personal sales rep for special offers on large quantities.
How is shipping handled?
All shipments are made with partner courier companies. Orders before 14:00 ship the same day. Delivery within 24-48 hours on mainland Greece, 2-4 days to the islands.
Can I return a product?
Yes, within 14 days for products in their original packaging. Products that have been used or are damaged are excluded. For defective tools the manufacturer's warranty applies.
